These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1777 ("1777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 1777.lol, together with all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the 1777 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Where age verification cannot be confirmed to 1777's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending verification. Deposits made by an underage user will be refunded and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• KYC verification. 1777 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the timeframe requested by 1777 may result in account suspension.

• Duplicate account detection or evidence of multi-accounting.

• A request from law enforcement or a competent regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 1777's discretion. Where an account is closed at the user's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

Your continued use of the 1777 Platform after any amended Terms have come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your account and cease all use of the Platform before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the subject matter hereof (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where these Terms are interpreted in the context of use by Bangladeshi residents, Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) shall be the reference time for all time-dependent provisions.
